1、 Host introduction: Trescon online multi parameter nitrogen and phosphorus analyzer

Compared to on-site direct input sensors, Trescon has the characteristics of more accurate and stable testing, and stronger anti-interference. Trescon adopts a modular design, allowing up to 3 modules to be freely combined. The multi parameter monitoring system has unparalleled cost advantages.

System control module
This module is the central controller of Trescon, which consists of a high-performance microprocessor, a large-sized chart display screen, an operation control panel, and various input/output interfaces. The signals transmitted from the analysis module are processed by the main controller and displayed on the screen in a simple and understandable format, including test results, calibration records, historical data, system recorders, etc. The controller designed with intelligence can automatically recognize newly installed analysis modules. If replacing an old analysis module, the parameters related to the old module can be automatically uploaded without the need for manual re-entry, which is very convenient.


Analysis module
The functions of each analysis module are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. A maximum of 3 analysis modules can be combined arbitrarily, and 3 different parameters of the same test point can be tested, as well as the same or different parameters of 3 different test points. The system can automatically recognize newly installed analysis modules.

The testing process is as follows: enter some necessary parameters on the keyboard, and the host will download the relevant information to the analysis module. The microprocessor on the module will start the test and automatically run the logic according to the set program. The test results and possible fault information will be transmitted to the host for further processing. If you want to install a second or even a third module in the future, it's very simple. Even untrained personnel can easily complete it because the module is plug and play. Just align it with the slot and install it. Then connect the colored marked hose and restart the analysis system.


System installation
The standard configuration is a wall mounted stainless steel installation bracket, with power components pre installed on the bracket.

Test through three modules separatelyAmmonia nitrogen (ammonia sensitive electrode method), nitrate nitrogen (UV spectrophotometry), and nitrite nitrogen (Azo Dye azo dye combined with reference beam method),After a simple addition operation, the total nitrogen content can be calculated. This means that the total nitrogen concentration at the discharge outlet can be continuously monitored without the need for complex chemical digestion treatment.

Total nitrogen test
In most applications, the indicators of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen are usually sufficient to represent the total nitrogen concentration. Only in rare cases, where the concentration of nitrite nitrogen exceeds 5-10% of the concentration of nitrate nitrogen, i.e. [NO2-N]>5-10% [NO3-N], is it necessary to select another nitrite nitrogen analysis module. The advanced feature of Trescon is that it defaults to three modules as one total nitrogen analysis module, which not only directly displays the concentration of total nitrogen, but also allows users to set relays, simulate current output, and alarm points based on the total nitrogen concentration.

Testing nitrate nitrogen in high concentration nitrite nitrogen environment
In the process of water treatment, it is often necessary to test nitrate nitrogen in a high concentration nitrite nitrogen environment. The conventional UV spectrophotometry testing method cannot be applied in this situation, as the measured values represent the sum of NO3- and NO2- concentrations, expressed as NOx-N. At this point, a separate NO2- analysis module (photometric method) is required. Therefore, Trescon can accurately reflect the true concentration of NO3- in the sample, that is, the difference between NOx - and NO2- concentrations. All calculations are done through software on the Trescon host, as simple as having a dedicated total nitrogen module.
